Warranty information
All D&D Global, Inc. products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects at time of shipment. Claims must be reported promptly to D&D Global, Inc. in writing, specifying type of product defect and date of purchase. Any products found to be defective by an authorized representative of D&D Global, Inc. are limited to replacement of product or refund of the original purchase price. D&D Global, Inc. cannot be responsible for consequential damages and labor charges. Warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear, or defects and damage due to alterations, negligence, and/or use beyond safe operating limits. D&D Global, Inc.’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
