i actually got this cheese because i wanted the rind for soup. I did grate some on a dish I had and was really happy I did. the flavor beats the pre-grated parmesans I've always used. i use parmesan often and this is a go to brand. One thing i like is that it will last a long time in the fridge before opening so its available for spur of the moment pasta. I like a simple pasta with butter and some lemon, then lots of parmesan! Tasty and filling!

Add some flavor and make your dish shine. This Parmesan shredded easy and melts great. The flavor burst that occurs from this addition can make the blandest food sing from the top of the hills of Italy.
