Beef Oxtail Pieces, Tray, Fresh, 2.0 - 3.5 lb

For a fact, beef in general is pricey. So I wish prices could come down a bit.So I could afford beef more often. Pork might be considered a good option, but absolutely cannot compare, especially if you're talking about the fattier cuts of meat.. like these oxtails for instance. I thought I had died and gone to heaven while eating them, they were is that incredibly delicious! I braised them on Simmer in my round roaster on the stovetop for almost 4 hours, but when they were done, they were truly incredible!! I used Better Than Boullion For the broth, coarse ground salt and pepper, plus garlic salt, Greek Seasoning, (everything in moderation until the final tasting) and whatever else struck my fancy at the time. I don't use the exact same seasonings every time I make anything. I like to change it up a bit from time to time. If I could afford it, I'd probably buy a big pack of these at least twice or three times a month.. Alas, it will never happen and am sorry for that, but I surely enjoyed what I had!! BTW, one $22 pack made 4 meat meals for me .. Normal sized and enough for the moment. :) Yummy!!! I should have taken photos? Oops..Too late!! Lol
