Good cube steak. I soak it in garlic salt, eggs, and milk, dip it in seasoned flour, and fry it just to cover it in peppered gravy. Chicken fried steak is what that is and it's absolutely delicious served with a side of mashed potatoes and a fat dinner roll. It's good meat. I mean, when it's cooked. I can't comment on how it is right out of the package as I've never eaten it raw. Good quality meat though. Love you, loyal reader.
