Thank you Walmart n our driver that delivered our groceries including the steak Top Sirtloin Steak Choice Angus Beef i cooked the steak room temperature that had a little sprinkle of coarse salt on medium heat in a frying pan with a very little smear of Crisco. I kept turning it over backen forth for about 6 minutes in the butter n Worschire sauce n then 4 minutes on the last side ๐Ÿ˜‹ , My daddy did 7 minutes on each side on the grill when he was still around n this steak was so tender n the only season was that coarse salt before i put it on medium heat n first side dor a few minutes i raised the heat for a few minutes. So it would be rare the way we like it n still cooked correctly ๐Ÿ˜, yes lots of Protein it would of went well with a salad ๐Ÿฅ— ๐Ÿ˜‰ instead i finished a pasta bowl salad ๐Ÿ˜ƒ.

Maybe I just had a good picker, but it was great

Grilling the steak is about 70% of the final product. This turned out great. Don't complain if you like your steak medium well to well done. That's your problem for never having a steak the way it's meant to be. Melt in your mouth. Seared and warm throughout. Blood is good. Use a meat thermometer if you're worried about it being โ€œedibleโ€ and take it off with 10 degrees to go. I feel like I shouldn't have to tell this to an adult but I see many steaks ruined and the person eating it actually thinks it's good. Save your money on a burger if you're going to disgrace the steak
