Maybe I just had a good picker, but it was great
Grilling the steak is about 70% of the final product. This turned out great. Don't complain if you like your steak medium well to well done. That's your problem for never having a steak the way it's meant to be. Melt in your mouth. Seared and warm throughout. Blood is good. Use a meat thermometer if you're worried about it being “edible” and take it off with 10 degrees to go. I feel like I shouldn't have to tell this to an adult but I see many steaks ruined and the person eating it actually thinks it's good. Save your money on a burger if you're going to disgrace the steak

When I am buying a item that has different sizes, like meat, I should be able to request a size that I prefer. I currently had a steak delivered that was way to small for the number of people I was feeding. Please add a weight selection for foods that are sold by size

Don't know if the one that picked it was at fault or if it was the butcher, but it I was not happy with the portion. BUT …. The steak is delish .
