Very tender steak no matter which way it was prepared. Medium-rare was excellent and well done was just as good. Never thought I would say that. Great choice. This steak goes great with some mashed potatoes or baked potatoes, steamed broccoli, corn on the cob and a side salad with a buttery dinner roll. Great choice! You won't be disappointed or hungry!

Great ButY

It was great! I seared it in a pan with garlic butter and put in oven about 30-49 min. It was so tender with green pepper and onions. I made it for breakfast with scrambled eggs in cheese and some toast!!! It was a wonderful cut of meat. Hope this helps.

Not sure what fat meant on the review but this was the perfect amount of fat for me ...I don't like rib eye it's to much fat ..t bones the top steak in my opinion...you can't mess it up she. Cooking and you can crisp the fat without ruining the steak ..rib eye will dry up or cook to fast ..loved this steak
