I've bought expensive pillows that never worked for me. I buy this pillow on sale cheap and slept great the first night I used it. Perfect for neck pain from poor cervical alignment. Measure the top of your shoulder at a right angle to where your trap meets the neck. That's how thick you need on the small side. Can't feel the massage bumps which I like. Compare to tempurpedic. Immediate pain relief and instant comfort. Love it.

We all are different. I am around 5' and heavy. I am a side sleeper. I typically use cervical pillows and the one I had was about 2 to 3 years old. My neck was bothering me %26 if there is one thing I know, it's that pillows do have a shelf life. I actually was amazed to notice a difference even after the first night. Usually I am never this fortunate. But for thirty bucks, I sure am happy I gave it a try. Good luck!
