It's a very nice light C serum, with great effective and clean ingredients. it's clear and has a mild scent . It feels very light and absorbs well and quickly into the skin.

This serum has great ingredients (also has ferulic acid quite high up on the list) which motivated me to try it. Ascorbic acid is the basic form of vitamin C and the most studied form of vitamin C in skincare. However it only works in a low ph solution and it's unstable, so it must be properly formulated (and stored). There is a whole zoo of vitamin C derivatives in many products, which are more stable, but have been much less (if at all) studied for potential benefits in skincare. I already tried an expensive serum with ascorbic acid from a famous brand and it was a bit drying(the low ph does that). This one seems a bit sticky to start with, so if your skin is on the oily side it might be a good idea to use at night(also a good idea since it's very concentrated). However, the good thing is that it does not seem drying. The price is steep for me, but the ingredients are really good. I recommend to put it in the fridge as soon as it arrives, otherwise it does start to turn. I have been using it for about two months now and I just ordered a second bottle, because the first is almost finished (I was generous with the amount I was using every night). My complexion is definitely brighter and more even (also smoother). I had no acne breakouts in the last month, so it definitely does something. The thing that convinced me to buy another one was that I had some redness on a cheek from a micro-needling mistake I made more then a year ago (do not go over 0.5mm at home!). I really thought I was going to be stuck with that forever, because it looked like tiny broken vessels. And now it seems to be finally fading... I'll have to see if this is only temporary or will be permanent, but for the moment it looks good. It might be the ferulic acid in the formula that helps with the blood vessels. I was also hoping to see my skin become firmer around the jaw, but I guess two months is too early for that. I'll update after I finish the second bottle.
