Not exactly by the book, but very well made movie

Discrepancies between the novel and the movie may be disappointing to some viewers, but the movie itself is very well made and acted. It's a fantasy genre with a slight dose of negative sentiment which could be considered politically motivated, but I don't find it exaggerated in any way. It's an enjoyable, high quality movie. I agree with other reviewer: it's much better than Twilight :-)
