Very Good Pan

I was impressed by this pan. I have used it already for about a month, and I still love it. Nothing sticks to it. You can wipe it with your hand and food comes right off. Everything is cooked evenly and really have no complaints about this pan. I use a soft sponge to clean it, and only use wooden utensils when cooking to keep the ceramic from scratching.
