I just tried your Biltong for the first time. I was very impressed. Delicious! It definitely lives up to the hype. The spices are just right, and the texture is great. It's tender, not tough and chewy like jerky can sometimes be. I'm a low carb eater so it's a perfect snack. I think I'll throw some in a stir fry and try it that way too. Best Jerky EVER!!!!!
I had a friend of mine try a sample of it at one of the Total Archery Challenges before it officially launched and wouldn't stop talking about how great it was. This past week we went on a family road trip from Western Maine to Eastern Texas which was 30 hours each way so I got six bags on jerky as one of our snacks and it was amazing. I kept it right in reach and even skipping breakfast and lunch with just some jerky, a few other snacks, and drinks we were good. The hardest part was not hammering it all at once because it was so good hahahaha!

Jerky alternative
I bought this for the first time for a road trip snack. It's addictive, and a great alternative to regular jerky when you want a lesser salt snack. Will buy again
