I would easily give it six stars. It is an unbelievably satisfying snack. It takes away my hunger, and doesn't cause me to crave sugar as the protein bars often do it is high in protein. I couldn't say enough good about it. I often use it as a lunch substitute when I'm on a busy day I add an apple to it. Always have a nice drink available with it water diet soda it's i would easily give it six stars. It is an unbelievably satisfying snack. It takes away my hunger, and doesn't cause me to crave sugar as the protein bars often do it is high in protein. I couldn't say enough good about it. I often use it as a lunch substitute when I'm on a busy day I add an apple to it. Always have a nice drink available with it water diet soda .. It is dry. It is 100 cal of pleasure and satisfaction.
