I would easily give it six stars. It is an unbelievably satisfying snack. It takes away my hunger, and doesn't cause me to crave sugar as the protein bars often do it is high in protein. I couldn't say enough good about it. I often use it as a lunch substitute when I'm on a busy day I add an apple to it. Always have a nice drink available with it water diet soda it's i would easily give it six stars. It is an unbelievably satisfying snack. It takes away my hunger, and doesn't cause me to crave sugar as the protein bars often do it is high in protein. I couldn't say enough good about it. I'm NOT a fan of regular cooked Edamame but, my cousin told me about Roasted pnes and I thought I would give it a try. They are quite good, very crunchy, lightly salted. The protein in one pack is great, 14 grams! For the small amount you get in 1 pack, these little beans are quite expensive. I'm sure part of the high price is due to the way they are packaged. The ten packs come in a heavy cardboard box, coupled with the fact that they are individual packed, made convenient so you don't have to messure out a serving.
