I think this is a crazy design and would likely never find an application for it but like the other reviewer I had to write a review just to say, maybe don't hire an "Energy Consultant" that doesn't know the term hydronic. I guess he never did say he was accredited, trained, etc.

It looks nice, but as an Energy Consultant I can tell you it is absolutely the most expensive heat source you can use. There may be applications where it can be used. Example: in a bathroom as a supplemental source for those early morning showers to add some extra warmth. The important thing is to limit the time it is used. The less time it is on the less of that expensive electricity you’ll use.
