I use this on my little ones whenever they have a fever. They were work great! Once you use it one time you can take peel them off put them in the fridge pull them off again and put them back on the forehead. You can do that multiple times before they become that sticky.

I'm suffer from severe migraines and have tried basically everything so when I came across these I thought I'd give them a shot even and they worked so well. They provide an instant cooling sensation that lasts a decent amount of time. I did have to use 2 for each temple but the price is reasonable. Not sure how well they work for fevers but definitely work for headaches and migraines.
