This book is about being the Church! The role of the modern Church in the life of the 21st century believer is important because it fills a void only the Church can. The Church is where people should go if they need a "spiritual fix." The Church is a hospital for sinners saved by Grace. Not a exclusive club for Believers. If that be the case, then why is there a need for people today to go to Church? Regardless, what is said about the Church today, there are still a Church that has not changed its standards. God doesn't change and neither does His standards. The world has no standards and the world is changing. Due to the pandemic many churches have canceled in person church services. Since church buildings have not been operating in full capacity. It now calls for us to really be the Church, and not just go to Church! The world is not looking at the church building to persuade them to be converted but rather they are looking at us the physical church. "We will never change the world by going to Church, we will only change the world by being the Church." "When the church is being the church, there is no community that can measure up to the Church." Don't let a building limit your faith because we will never change the world by just going to church, we need to be the Church."
