This is fantastic. I have a gas stove. I fried a family pack of pork chops to perfection. This is 200 times better than electric fryer that I would have had to use 3 times to cook the pork chops. Electric fryer does not have a large enough holding capacity as this stove top fryer does. The cost of stove top fryer compared to electric more affordable. I do recommend also getting cooking oil storage container with strainer to be able to reuse cooking oil that was only cooked in 1 time.
