Tools needed for installation are included, but there were no instructions. Look for videos on youtube for battery installation. Installation is tricky and took a while and I got it right after a couple of attempts. Of course, the difficulty of installation is not a problem caused by this vendor. Battery and tools are good quality and work well. Highly recommended.
