I am very happy with this quality ground flaxseed brand! Organic ingredients are just perfect. Taste is nice and I appreciate all the benefits from the Omegas that it brings to my hair, heart and digestion. Package size is just fine for me. I will definitely buy this brand again.

Good quality. First time getting this and I am happy with it. This is a must because it contains high omega-3 fatty acid, alpha-linolenic acid ALA. It helps to lower our bad cholesterol level LDL, decrease heart disease risk, reducing inflammation in the arteries. Taste great. Will repurchase.
