Keeps Skin Hydrated

I add to my morning oatmeal bowl…there is no scientific proof but I personally notice that my skin is less dry when consuming flax oil, especially noticeable during the winter season. There was a period when I stopped eating flax oil because I totally forgot, and I recall during this time I went through a phase of switching up moisturizers because my face skin was feeling so dry. However, once I started regularly adding flax oil to my diet the extreme drying lessened. So this is when I had my ah-ha moment that flax oil is helping my skin!

Good taste

Seems good! The taste is good, and flax oil is, from what I read, good for omegas 3, so I use it in my smoothie as a mix, and it seems ok! Tastes good, the packaging is beautiful, overall I'm satisfied by the product and recommend it- has to see long term now but for now it's good
