You will move from a total body move to glutes, front of thighs, outer thighs and finishing with abs.Barre Bootcamp Sculpt (41 mins): You will perform lots of combination exercises that utilize level changes to torch some major calories. Each exercise grouping will have multiple exercises to target the same muscle group before you move on to the other side.Barre Bootcamp Box (40 mins): A combination of long lever ballet moves mixed with dynamic punches and kicks. You will challenge your balance and burn out your arms and legs with innovative combination moves that will leave you dripping with sweat.
