wrong package delivered

Never got blanket. Got refund, no replacement available . Fed- ex delivered a wrong package to me and I believe the other person got my blanket. Neither walmart nor fed ex cared. I even gave them the name/adddress that probably got my blanket. Now I get to go out in 108 degree weather and try to get my package from the person who package I got by mistake. Good job walmart/fed ex.
