This is so much better than weighted blankets I've had in the past. This is sturdy, well-made, high quality and the best thing - you can wash it without having to worry about taking off a cover and then tying several ties to get the cover back on. Perfect weight and distributed evenly, just as advertised and reasonable price. The purple color I selected is beautiful.

This is my first experience with a weighted blanket. I chose this one because it was well rated rather than the 10% of my body weight which is about 127 lb. I don't think it is too heavy for me however. one thing I did learn is to put it square on the top of the mattress just like the picture. I tried draping part of it over my side of the bed and apparently hang weight is heavier than horizontal weight. I woke up with my hips hurting. That was a quick lesson! This blanket seems to be well made and attractive in color. It feels soft and very supportive as it is intended. It fits the queen mattress top perfectly. if I were to make a recommendation I would say to make it shorter (width this) so there is a gap at the top for your head and pillow. I just pulled mine down farther at the bottom since I didn't want the blanket up around my ears. I was able to capitalize on a sale price and I am very pleased with my purchase. Very good value for the money. I'm not sure how it's going to work in the summer but that's down the road.
