Same old pants fabric
It's always great to get new fashions for Ken. Especially these days when he is barely seen alongside Barbie and her friends. The snakeskin pattern on the shirt looks great. The shorts, however, are the same fabric that is used for just about every pair of doll pants these days. It's the worst. I understand that it's easy to sublimate any pattern or color onto the fabric, but what ever happened to actual textiles? This fabric is so stiff and crunchy. You can't store it without it getting severe creases. Eventually all of Ken's clothing is beginning to look the same: snakeskin print and the exact same pair of tight shorts cut to the same length every time. These fashions fit Original Ken the best.
