We looked for a long time, and read reviews many places for this set. Unfortunately the quality is quite disappointing. The second set of covers (navy) came damaged. Most had pulls in the seams, and a few had broken zippers. The material gets so hot it is impossible to sit on it when itis in the sun all day. The tan covers that come with the set feel like a scratchy seat cover you would get at a nursinghome. We are debating having new covers made from a nicer feeling material- as they are not soft to sit on in bathing suits, or shorts. The colors of the rattan are great, dark brown, and varigated browns for a realistic look. However that is where the compliments end for us. The cup holders are very wide, but have an X shape inside, so glassware with stems do not stay upright. They are so deep that a mug will not fit either. If you are putting them on a wooden deck, or actually anything other than concrete, make sure to get gliders for under eack piece. We just built a very expensive deck, and this set has scratched the wood so much we need to re sand and oil the deck this fall, as the feet are very sharp, a plastic disc, that twists up and down to help level, if your ground is not level. The disc is in a metal triangular shape foot, which is what caused the damage. The cupholder tables already have rust coming out the bottom, and we have owned this set for less and two months! The back cushions actually are very short. They do not go to the top of the couches, this ending at an awkward spot on most people. - may end up buying new ones for next season... The seat cushions are actually nice and thick. But they slide around alot. I would suggest getting a velcro strip and putting on the frames to stop this. They are most definitely not waterproof, or resistant. First time it started raining, and not a heavy rain, we brought in the cushions, and they oozed out all kinds of water onto the floor.

Some manufacturer issues. armless wedge is crooked and one side dose not sit on the ground despite adjusting the feet, side table is crooked also and the chair bottom cushions are not as firm as the other pieces. Put in a claim with Hayneedle the day after delivery- 3 weeks ago. Still waiting to hear back. Will send back with 30 day return policy if manufacturer does not replace defective pieces
