I have been using Banyan Swish for over a year and was recommended by my nutritionist for mouth sores. This is very healthy to use for good oral hygiene. The ingredients are natural and it pulls out the bacteria that builds up in the mouth. After swishing this for about 5-10 min daily I use a tongue scraper to remove excess bacteria. I have seen great results and will continue to use this product.

I purchased such items as this for better health care of my overall oral mouth care. So flavor and consistency is not what I buy or continue to purchase items like this. That being said, this is product is good not too strong and it works. I do strongly recommend for the better care of your mouth snd not using products that are full of chemicals and garbage regardless of the flavor!
