Microwave - From Frozen - Microwave oven. Cook only one product at a time. ❶ Cut a slit in center of film cover. Microwave on High 8 minutes. ❷ Rearrange patties and Spoon gravy on top. Replace film cover. Microwave an additional 3 to 5 minutes. Microwave ovens below 1100 watts may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. ❸ Let stand 3 minutes. Carefully remove as product will be hot. ❹ Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Oven cook - From Frozen - Conventional oven. Do not prepare in toaster oven. ❶ Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut a slit in center of film cover. ❷ Bake on cookie sheet in center of oven 53 to 55 minutes. ❸ Carefully remove as product will be hot. Let stand 5 minutes; spoon gravy over top. ❹ Check that product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165°F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. This was so delicious with a side of rice. The meat is not chewy and it is very tender. If you cook it long enough has the perfect taste every time I get it. I am surprised on how good the quality is for the price. The whole container was gone in a couple minutes.

on a tight budget ? to the point where eating is probably not a good option ? lol yea me too but hunger dont need no fancy green beans for accompaniment of a steak,%26 for fajitas and although i need to put just a lil extra sodium on these , (i call budget loafs eh,) anyway i get the $1 store brand mashed potatoes and a package of store brands buns , i smear mashed potatoes on both sides of the buns and the steak loaf in the middle with gravy and that is a dinner family of 4 but i can make 6 of them under $8. no sides, im just glad im eating
