Jammed EVERY staple when used with Romex

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but had to this time. The staples work fine as long as you're not trying to staple anything down. When I stapled directly into wood, with nothing underneath, worked fine. As soon as I put a single piece of 12/2 Romex under it, it completely jammed up. Same in 2 different staplers.

Labels......

What is 13/64", 19,64", or ??/64".......I don't know of anyone that can think in less that a sixteenth of an inch. Even if its not perfect label these things in sixteenths. Metric measurements will be better than thirty seconds or sixty fourths of an inch
