Healthy choice
You don't have to rationalize your indulgence in breakfast sausages when you buy the lower fat turkey variety. These thaw very easy, need no cooking and are fine for sausage/egg/cheese muffins or rolling in a tortilla with egg and cheese. The big bags of GV turkey sausage patties are an even better deal but my freezer is pretty full right now. Of the two, these have less of a dominant pepper flavor than the GV patties.

My new favorite! I have alpha gal syndrome from a Lone Star tick...can't have beef and pork. If these have pork like one review says, they haven''t gotten me yet, but I could also be getting away with a little after 4 years. I think she was misreading at the top where it says "50% less fat than our original sausage links made with pork and turkey." I find no where in the ingredients pork listed, but I'm sure they are probably manufactured with pork... hard to say. None the less, I'm going to enjoy them until my body tells me different. I've tried turkey sausages and this is now my new favorite! Such a great flavor. I feel like I'm eating real sausage again.
