Verified Purchase

The product is fine. It was the FedEx delivery service that was submitted par! Thank goodness the product was wrapped in plastic besides the cardboard shipping box. FedEx left the package in an unprotected area , on the ground! And it rained!! So carton was wet as well as the plastic inner wrapping. There is a covered porch where it could have easily been left! Very poor service. Dump Fedex!!
