I don't use tampons because of the toxins and because I am very conscience about my health I always go for fragrance free pads. I like how often I Don't have to change them. I don't know how they do it but when my period is really heavy, it can hold a lot of weight with no leaks.

Dscreet fragrance issues
I have to buy these to cover the Discreet Incontinence pads from Always because these are pure cotton and fragrance free but don't absorb liquids. Always Discreet Incontinence pads trap liquid but have coconut perfume that breaks out my sensitive area skin. Twice the expense, twice the space in purse, twice the trouble to use putting wings around Discreet pad. Tried cotton pads that claimed to be liquid absorption but they just rolled up.

So soft and thin
I honestly have never felt a pad this soft and this thin. I'm so glad I found these. I would pay more for this degree of comfort absolutely. I couldn't believe these are overnights. There's good adhesive on the wings and they stay put until you're ready to remove it. I have recommended these to all my friends.
