Tastes great

It's a satisfying way to add fiber to your diet - each 1oz serving has 11% of your daily fiber needs. It's great mixed in with yogurt or just to snack on straight out of the bag. The bag is resealable so you can take it on the go for a little mid-day pick-me-up. I like the list of natural ingredients, though be aware this isn't a low calorie snack at 130 calories and 20g of carbs per serving.

Very tasty!
