NETGEAR - Nighthawk EX8000 AC3000 Tri Band WiFi Mesh Desktop Range Extender and Signal Booster

had some issues setting up with phone where it wanted to reconnect every time I rescanned for networks but this problem was eliminated when I hooked it up to a PC with the ethernet, that being said it's been pretty flawless for two days so far now that I've got it hooked up with some local free Wi-Fi that's about a half a block away that I can't quite pick up on my own with my devices I was able to put this extender in my window and rebroadcast the free network over my entire apartment which I'm very, very pleased with, internet is basically a utility at this point and having it unlimited for the price of this device is pretty great, I'm pretty happy as long as it just keeps working, so it's only been 2 days so far but I'm inclined to recommend this device, I'll edit my review if it breaks or something otherwise it's chugging along being awesome for 25$ 👍👍 oh there is no updated firmware for this i checked, which could maybe help that setup issue with a phone, but all the functions work from a phone once it's setup with a PC, so just keep that in mind, i put a chrome shortcut on my home screen for 192.168.10.1 which has been really useful, so that's all, awesome device, works great
