I've been a pool owner for forty years. I've always manually vacuumed or used a robot. I feel like a real dummy, because this fifty dollar vacuum cleans my huge inground pool so efficiently. Climbs walls and just keeps on trucking. No charging; it's lightweight; doesn't interfere. It just knows its job. Goes fast enough to be efficient, but doesn't rustle up algae into a cloud. It also doesn't waste my water. I'm kicking myself for not getting one years ago, but I'm so glad I have it now. I'm an independent reviewer with no inclination to be biased. I'm thrilled with the performance. I have an old school big rectangular pool with a deep end. Couldn't be more thrilled with this purchase. Easy peasy!
