This brush is one of the better manual brushes I have used. As it is brand new, I have used it several times and can only speak to the quality of the brush new. I'm expecting that this Oral B toothbrush will prove to be worth more than the increase in cost. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The center is rubber and so are the edges. I've noticed a difference in the color of my teeth within 4 weeks, but I can't pin it to the tooth brush by itself. I use proxyl by colgate, baking soda on my toothpaste, and enamel strengthening toothpaste by colgate. It is gentle on my gums and teeth no matter how much pressure I use.
