- 3 oz cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup frozen Asian-style mixed vegetables, thawed
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
Directions:
- Heat the rice & quinoa according to package directions.

I bought this recently and really liked it. I plan on buying it again because it's really tasty and very convenient. It only takes 1 minute in the microwave. I like that it's a healthy option to plain white rice. It has a nice flavor on its own, almost kind of nutty, and also is a good compliment to stir fried dishes.

I use this product partially due to the ease of preparation. A minute in the microwave and it's ready to eat. I appreciate the nutritional benefits of brown rice and quinoa in one convenient product. I carry these cups in my lunch box along with a can of chicken, some soy sauce and the some diced fresh vegetables. The opportunity to inexpensively eat right coming from a trusted brand name brand is almost too good to be true.
