Holds a lot and blends great!

I made homemade soup the other day and forgot that I threw out the old blender weeks prior. This was bought as a quick replacement because I had company on the way over for dinner. Took it out of the box, blended the soup and was able to serve w/in the hour. It blended the soup perfectly w/out any clumps. Also, the price was so on. My only complaint was the base was made of light plastic but the jar was heavy glass which i was looking for.

I love the glass container. This is a beautiful blender and I have not had any issues. I have had 2 Ninjas , both quit on me , one the motor burnt out, and the second started smoking and I always disliked the ninja plastic containers. I asked myself why did I pay hundreds of dollars for plastic? Anyway,I have to say I'm just so glad that to have the Oster back on my countertop.
