Vendor was SIM Supply. They shipped promptly, my identical first order (last week) prior to shipping was damaged/broken by UPS delivery, so I never received it, I promptly received a credit though WalMart, and re-ordered (appreciated their honesty). They arrived last night. We live in a rural area, solar gate, with cameras, observed on monitor, the UPS driver drop the box over the 5 ft. gate to the ground, sustained no damage/breakage. I have ordered from SIM before and will in the future, great company. Just wish, carriers (delivery personnel) took more care. This guy was not our regular driver. Our regular driver is kind enough to just leave it at the gate, without tossing it. I order frequently and have carriers from Fed-Ex, UPS and On-Trac.
