Nice panties but had to return

These are nice panties. I really like them, however when I purchased them before they were all cotton. I received these and they are silk (very nice but not good for summer) so I returned them. I had two packages to return and returned them in the same envelope but the seller has yet to refund the second set because I put them in one mailing envelope when they said to put them in two separate envelope. So, Im trying to get my return for the second set. Be sure if you return stuff to them to follow their directions explicitly. So far Im out $17
