This is a very comfortable, relaxed bra. It does not lift and separate. I wouldn't recommend it for larger cup sizes or vigorous activities, as it doesn't provide firm support. You will have uniboob. You may jiggle and/or sag a little (depending on your size). But if you are looking for a buttery-soft bra with nothing to pinch, bind, poke or otherwise make you feel like tearing it off after a few hours, this is the one! I have one for each day and I wear them even when I am relaxing because they are just so comfortable! I have never fallen in love with a bra before...
