The hot tub heating unit was correct for my tub, installation was easy saving me 200 bucks in labor costs! Shipping was fast and communication in process was good. While this heater is a Balboa “compatible” heater, it is not the actual heater that is manufactured by Balboa as advertised in the images and description. This is a heater made by another manufacturer.
