We recommend our customers take 6 capsules daily with water—3 Fruits supplements and 3 Veggies supplements. For the Fiber & Spice supplement, take 2 level scoops of daily, stirred into at least 16 oz. of water or your preferred drink. Each supplement bottle contains a 30-day supply following recommended daily serving size.

The supplement is great
The supplement is great, and I have been using it for past two years, and I like to continue using it but I cannot afford it due to other important prescriptions costs and I'm cutting back on my budget. Therefore, I would like to STOP the Balance of Nature Supplement starting effectively in October 2025. I would appreciate you to stop charging my account henceforth and don't supply me anymore because I cannot afford it anymore. Thanks so much. Please take note.

Within a week of taking Balance of Nature
Within a week of taking Balance of Nature, I felt the difference and could think again. A couple of years ago I lost my husband and the very next year I lost my ex-husband. the father of all of my children. Additionally, because of circumstances I was raising a toddler grandson and an infant granddaughter. I was stuggling with my losses and I was exhausted. I struggled to think through processes in my tax business and I struggled to remember anything. I saw balance of nature and I ordered the product and with about five days it was like fog was lifted and I could think again. I take it daily, without question. Heck I am afraid to not take it. I know what I felt before taking it. I still fill the loss and get wore out by the grandkids but I feel so much better.
