Pretty and practical pie dish
I absolutely love this pie dish. The scalloped edges are a "cheat" for those of us who aren't skilled at crafting beautiful crusts. The dish itself is nice and deep, so you can easily do a two crust pie or add lots of filling to a one crust pie. And the beautifully colored ceramic dish is attractive enough to bring to the table for serving your dessert. The pie dish makes a great gift for the family baker.
