Baker's Dipping Chocolate Microwavable Cup is made with real milk chocolate for a smooth, creamy finish that elevates any snack with chocolaty goodness. America's favorite baking chocolate since 1780, Baker's is an ideal chocolate to use for dipping fresh fruit, dried fruit, peanuts, marshmallows, cookies and more. Serve chocolate covered strawberries at your next family get-together, or treat the kids to a frozen chocolate banana. This dipping chocolate heats easily in the microwave in just minutes, and you can dip your snacks right into the cup! Store leftover chocolate in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. The convenient 7 ounce cup is microwave-safe for easy heating and serving.

Instructions
Tips for Use: Heat slowly and stir. Overheating will cause chocolate to separate and become chunky. Separated chocolate cannot be salvaged. Make sure fruit and utensils are dry before dipping. Moisture will cause chocolate to clump together. Cover and refrigerate leftover chocolate and store up to 2 weeks. To remelt, follow directions on the label. Serve with suggested dippers: strawberries or other fresh fruits, dried fruit, planters nuts, jet-puffed marshmallows, cookies, pound cake pieces, pretzels. Microwave: Directions: 1. Remove plastic lid and inner seal. 2. Microwave chocolate on high 30 sec.; stir. Repeat until most of the chocolate is melted. Stir until completely melted, smooth and glossy. (See tips for use). 3. Dip and serve. For a hard chocolate coating, refrigerate dipped treats on waxed paper-covered plate 10 to 15 min. or until chocolate is firm before serving. Best when used by date on bottom.

Best dipping chocolate.
I buy this over and over. I use it for Strawberries. It coats the dry strawberries really well and then forms a coating, not too hard, that stays on the fruit. Love the flavor, I share these with hostesses. Works really well as a fondue for bananas, pound cake and pineapple.
