They may or may not pick your stuff up.

I've used them previously with success, so I bought another bag and loaded a bunch of stuff and set it in the same place as before. This time they drove up, didn't even try, and drove away. Sent me an email saying power lines were too close, even though they'd picked up stuff from the exact same spot before! And that left me with a bagster full of stuff sitting on the curb. I had to call a local trash hauling company to get it taken away.

New trucks can't pick up bagsters in the city!

Despite having used bagster for years, on the last trip out to collect the driver said he was unable to pick up my bagster because of the limitations of his new truck. My bagster is in the same place it's always been--next to my garage in the alley--and it is completely FULL, but the driver said somehow I'd have to pull it out to the alley in order for him to pick it up. This is obviously impossible, so I guess I'm stuck with an overflowing bagster. Very disappointed.

Read the fine print

You really need to review limitations on the bagster before you purchase. WM is really strict on pick up parameters. I put my bag in a location where I have had a 30 yard rolloff and they would not pick up because they would have had to back up to get the bagster. Guess their drivers can't drive in reverse. Really lame.
