My 18-month-old bub's dealt with fevers, ear infections, teething, and now hand/foot/mouth, and this has always calmed his fussiness. The only complaint I have specifically about Grape is that he gets mad when I won't give him more than his dose, LOL, I'll have to go back to Bubble Gum!

infants tylenol is one of my go toos' when my little one is feverish or hurting from pains. within 10 minutes the fever starts to decrease and its a life saver. plus he loves the flavors. most medicines are brutal on taste but tylenol stepps it up with a rage of flavors to help little ones feel better.
