Nice look and functions well

I have had Moen products for years, this was a replacement of an Moen product that did not have lifetime warranty on it. However the old product lasted for many years because of Moem's quality. Our new shower head and slid bar is a great product.

Very good shower head, but not perfect

This is a very nice shower head and durable, even if it is plastic. An all-metal one would be much heavier. Overall this is a very good shower head with both a gentle and a massage spray. I just have two criticisms: first, the grip is no rubberized and so it can twist in a wet soapy hand. Secondly, although there are four settings, they are really two very similar pairs: gentle and massage. I would like an intermediate setting with a spray like that of the fixed, square Moen 6325 shower head. We have this for our overhead shower and I love the spray; not too gentle and not too strong.

Leaks

After three years it's leaking where it connects to the hose. Replaced the inner rubber gasket and still leaks.
