Size: small. Following the size chart, I knew the underwear would possibly be too big. Fit: It was indeed bigger, but not too big that I couldn't wear them. I only use them for my cycle. Shrink: I washed these twice, and they still fit the same. My only complaint is the white pair with stars is not what I received. I instead received a plain white pair of underwear which I hate.
