This stuff is fantastic! My surgeon told me about it when I had a tummy tuck. He said that many of his patients really liked it. He just added one more to that number--ME! I first started taking juven in the hospital and then again in a nursing facility where I went for wound healing and physical therapy. they normally bring it with a 16.9 Oz bottle of water. but that's too much liquid, and it dilutes the taste. What I have found is I get a 12 oz bottle of Gatorade, at room temperature, drink a little off the top, add the Juven and shake it up real good. it Won't mix well if it's cold. combining the two gives you double the benefits. Try It!!
